This course: This course is a live, virtual course designed to cover basic teamwork concepts and engage attendees in how they could apply these ideas.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Understand four key things to observe about the organizations with whom you work
• Understand four key things to observe about the organizations with whom you work
• Identify basic teamwork skills and challenges, including a team’s purpose, team dysfunctions, and defining what makes a team “memorable”
• Work with team growth and complexity
• Learn and practice powerful questions
• Take a systemic view and pursue continuous improvement
• Decide where to spend more and less time as a self-organizing team
• Pursue team and individual motivational factors, including effective dialogue
• Work as a distributed/dispersed team identifying important challenges, techniques, and remote team-building
• Encourage change, pursue learning, and encourage team and individual joy

This course includes:

• A PDF copy of all the slides
• A bibliography of reference materials and websites
• A Certificate of Completion for students who completed the course and submit the exercise responses
